Karina Nguyen
Founder, Palladium AI
Karina Nguyen is an AI researcher and product builder who has worked at both OpenAI and Anthropic. At OpenAI, she worked across post-training, reinforcement learning, alignment, and product, contributing to the o-series reasoning models, GPT-4o, ChatGPT Canvas, and Tasks. Previously, at Anthropic, she spent two years on post-training Claude 1–3, researching model behavior including honesty, harmlessness, and hallucination reduction, while also helping build early products including claude.ai and Claude in Slack.
